At DG Hardware, we want to ensure that our customers have a clear understanding of our returns process. Please review the following conditions before requesting a return.
Change of mind returns may be accepted at the discretion of DG Hardware and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returned products must meet the conditions outlined below and must be approved by DG Hardware prior to being returned.
Products that are made to order, specially ordered, customised, modified or manufactured specifically for your order cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind once the order has been placed.
Please ensure all product specifications, finishes, sizes and quantities are correct before placing an order for these items.
All approved returns must be received by DG Hardware in their original, unused and resaleable condition, including original packaging where applicable.
Products that have been used, installed, damaged, altered or are otherwise not in resaleable condition may not be accepted for return.
All returns must be approved by DG Hardware in writing prior to being sent back.
Please contact us with your order details and the products you wish to return. Once your return has been reviewed, we will provide confirmation and return instructions where applicable.
Goods returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Requests for change of mind returns must be lodged with DG Hardware within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Returns requested outside this period may not be accepted.
Unless otherwise agreed by DG Hardware, customers are responsible for the cost of returning products for change of mind.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as DG Hardware cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged during return transit.
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees that apply under Australian Consumer Law, please contact DG Hardware as soon as possible so that we can assist.
Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
